ProRealEstateCity.com will be unofficially re-launched this week at the NAR show in Las Vegas. PREC.com will have booth # 2951 as a de facto World Headquarters for the purpose of introducing the Real Estate sales public along with the other 775 vendors at the show.
PREC.com is committed to Realtors’ professional enrichment through Learning and career advancement through Connecting.
Licensed real estate agents/brokers may become members of the site. All others must be invited or co-invited. PREC.com is national in scope but local in nature.
PREC.com provides a platform called ShopTown wherein Realtors create and host their own Professional, Online and Local relationship-marketing portal by inviting clients, friends, real estate industry professionals and local business owners.
These realtor-hosts and their members maximize exposure for their business or profession, exchange trust-based referrals and ideas/information as resources within their fields of expertise.
There is no fee for this service but its very rewarding.
PREC.com contains a ProRealEstateJournal with topics such as Ethics, Sales, Networking, Law, Finance, Technology (blogging) and Recreation. All members have the right to contribute to their local PREJ (google docs format) and the right to Read, Rate and Review all articles in PREJ.
There is a competitive spirit to membership.Those members that participate receive "bricks" in an effort to "build your city." Top earners of bricks are featured in their local PREJ which is a great, free promotional tool to provide to cleints and to industry colleagues for networking purposes. Quarterly prizes such as Iphones and bluetooth products are possible for those qualifying based on bricks (brix) and an annual prize of a free Marriott vacation to the top national earner of brix.
Real estate trainers/speakers and business thought leaders are invited to become members of PREJ Faculty. These members post articles within their topic areas and participate in the Faculty Forum to exchange ideas or engage in robust debate.
Real estate board presidents/CEO’s or association executives are invited to the PREC Advisory Board to represent their boards/associations and to "join the conversation." These members of the Advisory Board participate in the AB Forum to hear opinions and cite their own.
Those exhibitors/vendors that serve the real estate industry are invited to become Affiliates and be featured to realtors nationally and exposed to other Affiliates in the Affiliate Forum to gain introduction to others’ current clients.
